Kessel Racing, the Swiss stalwart team that has been a key player in the International GT Open for many years, is making its come-back to the series for the final 2016 round at Barcelona, with two Ferraris 458 GT3.
The Canton Ticino-based squad will enter one car in Pro-Am for Italy’s GT star Niki Cadei (39) and Luxemburg’s Ferrari Challenge specialist Alexis De Bernardi (41). The other car will be racing in the Am category with Stephen Earle (64), the US enthusiast that knows the GT Open well, and South Africa’s David Perel (31).
Tiziana Borghi, Sporting Director of Kessel Racing commented: “It’s always a great pleasure to be back to the GT Open, a series that means a lot of us, and we are very excited to be at Barcelona for the season’s finale.” gt open
