REBELLION RACING ON THE WAY TO THE 6 HOURS OF SILVERSTONE

Two months after the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the Swiss Team is going to start the next race on the mythical Silverstone track. This third meeting will be another step to prove the efficiency of both REBELLION R-13 cars and their six drivers more motivated than ever.

Bart Hayden, Team manager
Since the last race which was at Le Mans, there has been a change in the Equivalence of Technology parameters which mean the REBELLION Racing R-13 LMP1 cars will have more performance at Silverstone. We also have some higher downforce aero components on our cars, so we are expecting to be competitive at the front of the race. It’s been a long time since Le Mans, so we are glad to be back racing again.

Neel Jani, #1 driver
“After a long break we are back to racing. I am looking forward to Silverstone and it will be interesting with to see what the new EoT and the new aero package do for us.”

André Lotterer, #1 driver
“Looking forward to race on this gear track in front of home of Motorsport fans. For sure our car will be fun to drive on this fast flowing circuit. Hopefully the new EoT will put us in a chance to challenge a high result.”

Bruno Senna, #1 driver
“After a long break since Le Mans, I’m really looking forward to getting back in the car at Silverstone. It will be the first time we race our REBELLION machine in anger with the new High Downforce kit and I hope the revised EoT brings the fight closer to the Toyotas!”

Mathias Beche, #3 driver
“I can not wait to find the team after the summer break. These last months were studious and everyone worked hard to improve our package. We are expecting fierce competition, and I hope we can fight with the Toyota’s on a circuit that is deemed difficult for hybrids.”
