With Antonelli Motorsport, the young Italian in 2015 was crowned the Carrera Cup Italia Champion, two years before Rovera claimed the one-make series’ title.
In 2016 Agostini entered the Italian GT with a Lamborghini fielded by the same squad and claimed two victories, confirming as a front-runner also in 2017 taking one more win.
With Rovera and Moiseev, the Italian driver – who also has a F3 and a Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America title under his belt – completes a top crew. The name of the driver who will share the other Mercedes car with Stefano Colombo and Francesca Linossi will be announced soon.
